Angarak yog is formed when both Mangal and Rahu or Ketu are sitting in the same house. It is also formed when rahu or ketu are sitting in the rashi of mangal i.e mesha or vrishika. The outcomes of angarak dosh in kundli or horoscope also depends upon the house in which this yoga is formed.
